Rental Services
What do I need to bring to rent a bicycle ?
You’ll need a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Driving License, or Passport). We also require a security deposit, which is fully refundable upon the safe return of the bike.
Can I rent a bike for multiple days ?
Absolutely. We offer discounted rates for long-term rentals (3 days or more). This is a great option if you’re planning a multi-day trip to Mussoorie or Kanatal.
Are helmets included in the rental ?
Yes! Your safety is our priority. Every rental includes a sanitized helmet at no extra cost. We also provide a basic tool kit and a pump for longer rides.
Bicycle Services
Do I need to book an appointment for a service ?
While we do accept walk-ins for minor repairs (like punctures or gear tuning), we highly recommend booking an appointment for Standard or Comprehensive services to ensure your bike gets the dedicated time it needs.
How long does a full service take ?
A Basic Tune-up usually takes 1–2 hours. A Comprehensive Overhaul typically requires 24–48 hours, depending on the availability of specific spare parts.
Do you service brands not sold in your store ?
Yes. Our technicians are trained to work on all major international brands including Trek, Specialized, Scott, and Cannondale, regardless of where they were purchased.
Community & Rides
Do I need to own a Giant bicycle to join the GRC rides ?
Not at all! The Giant Riding Club (GRC) is open to all enthusiasts. We believe in the spirit of cycling, no matter what brand you ride.
Are the weekend rides suitable for beginners ?
We host "No-Drop" rides specifically for beginners where the pace is relaxed and no one is left behind. Check our Instagram for the "Difficulty Level" tag on upcoming ride posters.
