1. Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: Orders for components and apparel are processed within 24-48 hours.

• Bicycle Deliveries: Every bike undergoes a "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) by our technicians before shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for professional packing and dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Local Pickup (Dehradun): Always free. Select "Pickup at The Hub" during checkout to collect your gear from NN Tower.

• Domestic Shipping: We ship across India using specialized couriers for bicycles and components. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and your pin code.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities: 3-5 business days.

• Remote/Himalayan Regions: 7-10 business days.

• Note: While we strive for speed, mountain logistics can occasionally be affected by weather. We will provide tracking info for every order.

4. International Shipping
