1. Expedition & Adventure Services

• Safety First: All participants must follow the instructions of our certified wilderness first-responders and guides. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a rider or hiker’s gear or physical condition poses a safety risk to themselves or the "pack."

• The Element of Nature: Adventure is unpredictable. Aranyani reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries (Earth, Water, or Wild) due to weather, forest permits, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or a credit.

• Health & Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the "Challenge Level" defined during the booking process (e.g., "Family-Friendly Chill" vs. "Elite Endurance").

2. Professional Workshop & Services

• Technical Integrity: Our technicians treat your bike like their own. While we specialize in high-end brands like Giant, Liv, and Kona, we provide professional care for all machines.

• Service Warranty: We stand by our "Magic Hands." If you experience issues related to a service (e.g., derailleur indexing or brake bleeding) within 7 days of the service, we will rectify it free of charge.

• Parts & Components: Parts replaced during service are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Shimano or SRAM).

3. Rental Fleet Policies

• Responsibility: From the moment a rental bike leaves "The Hub," the rider is responsible for its well-being.

• Damage & Loss: Any damage beyond standard wear-and-tear, or loss of accessories (helmets, repair kits, locks), will be charged at the current market replacement rate.

• Security: A valid ID and a refundable security deposit may be required at the time of pickup.

4. Our Ethical Code

• Inclusivity: Aranyani is a welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly space. We have zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination within our community, on our rides, or in our digital spaces.

• Leave No Trace: We are guests in the forest. All participants must adhere to our "Leave No Trace" policy. Anyone found intentionally littering or damaging the local flora or fauna will be asked to leave the expedition without a refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom Adventures: Since custom expeditions involve securing permits and dedicated logistics, cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time may be subject to a 50% fee.

• Product Returns: Physical gear purchased from the shop must be returned in original, unused packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

6. Liability Waiver

• Adventure sports involve inherent risks. By participating in Aranyani activities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to waive any claims of liability against Aranyani Biking & Adventure and its staff for injuries or loss of property, provided standard safety protocols were followed.
