Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aranyani Biking & Adventure, we aim for total transparency. Because we handle both physical gear and wilderness expeditions, our refund policies are divided into two categories.

1. Physical Goods & Gear
  • Return Window: You may return unused gear in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, climbing gear, worn base layers, and installed technical components (once used on a trail) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Refund Process: Once we inspect the returned item at "The Hub," your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Adventure Services & Expeditions
  • Customer Cancellations: * 7+ days before the start: 90% refund or 100% credit for a future adventure.

    • 2 to 7 days before the start: 50% refund.

    • Less than 48 hours: No refund, as permits and logistics are already locked in.

  • Aranyani Cancellations: If we cancel a trip due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule immediately.

3. Professional Workshop Services
  • Technical services (labour) are non-refundable once the work is completed. However, we offer a 7-day "Tune-Up Guarantee"—if your adjustment doesn't feel right after your first ride, bring it back and we’ll fix it.
